River Watch filed a complaint in Federal Court alleging the absence of a point
source permit and for chronic violations of the storm water permit for
its direct discharges of polluted storm water to the sensitive and
biologically important Green Valley Creek. Green Valley Creek is the
last remaining spawning habitat of the coho salmon in the Russian River
Watershed.
